What to Watch: ‘The Two Escobars’

The general opinion of the group here is that ESPN’s  ”30 for 30″  series is mostly excellent. Tonight, the one I’ve been looking forward  to finally airs.
I don’t usually pimp  stuff on ESPN, but what the hell, this seems worth it.
“The Two  Escobars” is the story of the growth of drug-culture football in  Colombia and the tragedy of murder of Andres Escobar after his own goal  against the United States in World Cup 1994.
It showed at the  Tribeca Film Festival, and it’s received great reviews everywhere it’s  been seen.
It airs tonight at 9 p.m. EDT/6 p.m. PDT. In this World  Cup time, it’s a nice way to end the evening. Enjoy. And here’s the  introduction video:
